UPDATE: In a fit of "childish immature threats", Scott Samuel and Bill Bogardus conferenced my host on a phone call "clearly disgruntled" by the image shown on ethicaltools.com (Auction Ethics / Ethical 2004 / Ethical 2005 / Honesty Communcations / Noxious Communcations) site that I had copied and pasted at the bottom of this news article. It has been removed for potential copyright violations. I didn't see a copyright when the image was lifted from the Ethical Tools site, but I'm sure Scotty and Billy were  on the up and up with their conference call. Once again, Scotty and Billy chose to revert to threats against third parties to get things done. A disturbing behavior while looking for that golden investor.
