AuctionWatch Message Center Search Gone
« on: January 14, 2002, 08:29:52 AM »

As described by Spazmodeous:
http://community.otwa.com/3/OpenTopic?a=tp...06&m=9442958753

Seems like either AW's MySQL database is falling apart at the seams, or they don't want to upgrade their database for better connectivity.

Actually, the search on AW site is dog slow at the moment.

My guess is that they just removed the "search_forums" tag from their HTML FORM, so I've made an alternate AW search available in the downloads section.

You can optionally search on the message center, help section, AW Daily, and directory.

I think it works, but like I said, AW search is dog slow at the moment. Let me know if it works for you.

Here is the link to the download module:

I think I read this on auction watch after one of there long shut down a few weeks back it was supose to be past of a site update but got over looked..
