Scott Samuel of Ethical Technologies / Auction Ethics has threatened a slander lawsuit against myself and my web site provider. Repeated attempts to contact him about what specific content he considers “slander” go unanswered. I suppose there’s a marathon running of “Surprise by Design” going on somewhere, and he can’t afford any “f2f” time with me.
