Having An Issue With Soildmean Backup

    Hey
    I tried my best to specify the backup directory but it keeps saying Forum backup path doesn't exist

    I tried home4/backup , public_ftp/backup , home4/public_ftp/backup , tried outside public ftp too

    not sure what i can do at this point, it doesn't work with hostgator and bigdaddy some specfic servers?

    You should use an absolute path to your forum directory. Based on what you've tried, this might be correct....

    /home4/public_ftp/backup

    You will want to make sure that first slash is in there. Ask your host what the absolute path is to the directory where you want ForumBackup to save your files.
